18A – Create a Customer Avatar
This is my customer avatar.
My typical customer is a 20 year old sorority girl, who owns both a scooter and a car (Volkswagen with their letters on it). She loves hanging out with her sisters, and she is a business major. She goes to spin class at Southwest weekly, led by one of her friends of course. She only ever goes out to midtown, which she does at least twice a week.
I can relate to this avatar in that I am a business major, but other than that we are pretty different, since I don't own a scooter.
I don't think it's coincidence that the customer and I have the same major, I just put it because I am a business major.

Hello Mike.
ReplyDeleteWow, what a post. I think you have a great business idea, but I do not believe I could buy your product since I am a MALE and 21 years old. I do all the other things you mention, including driving a Volkswagen and go to mid at least twice a week. Although I look nothing like your avatar, I would still be interested in your product because I care about my safety and I am a gemini (lol!).
Hey Mike! I really enjoyed reading about your business idea! I bet you had to really put yourself into the shoes of a sorority girl to come up with such a fantastic plan! Since I work at the gym I totally can relate to the type of Volkswagen with their letter on it type of customer as I have to speak to them daily! I would have to say that it is not a coincidence that you and the customer have the same major as you sound like you relate to them very well! Wonderful post!
